SadiFlow keeps the details you give us so the workspace can run: name, email, login, and the work you add (projects, tasks, notes, messages, meetings, and files).

We use that to sign you in, show your work, send product emails such as invites, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

You can change profile and notification settings in your account. Ask us for a copy of your data, or to close an account, using the contact address below.

When you visit, including without an account, we record activity such as pages visited, access times, IP addresses, browser and device information. An IP address may provide an approximate country, region, city and coordinates; these are estimates, not your precise position. We do not request your device's GPS location. Saved location details in live activity logs are retained for up to six months. Other account and security records follow our account and activity-record controls. Restricted recovery backups may retain older records until those backups are replaced.
